ReplyDeleteSir, I am PGT COMMERCE APPOINTED DIRECTLY ON 26/03/2002 also granted 1st MACP w.e.f. 26/03/2012 with grade pay 5400 in payband 9300-34800, pb-2, but on analysing the 7th pay commission report in detail , i found that for the teachers 9300-34800(5400) pb-2 does not apply at all, but for them applicable pay band is 15600-39100(5400) pb-3. So please clarify the matter because according to pb-2 i fall in level 9, and my pay will be fixrd on 71300, while according to pb-3 , i will be on level 10, where my pay will be fixedat 71100. I will be paid rs 200 more in basic pay for being in pb-2 , which may cause recovery in future, if the matter is not clarified. So please clarify before fixation of pay for teachers in gradepay 5400

ReplyDeleteCCL should not ordinarily be granted during the probation period except in case of certain extreme situations where the leave sanctioning authority is fully satisfied about the need of Child Care Leave to the probationer. It may also be ensured that the period for which this leave is sanctioned during probation is minimal.

Sir, my pay was stepped up on 06-02-2006 with DNI 01-07-2007 in Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4600. Sir, the DNI should be 01-07-2006 instead of 01-07-2007. as per 6th cpc RULE 10 AND RULE 3(7).
ReplyDelete1 Rule 10. Date of next increment in the revised pay structure - There will be a uniform date of annual increment, viz. 1st July of every year. Employees completing 6 months and above in the revised pay structure as on 1st of July will be eligible to be granted the increment.
2 Besides this The first increment after fixation of pay on 1.1.2006 in the revised pay structure will be granted on 1.7.2006 for those employees for whom the date of next increment was between 1st July, 2006 to 1st January, 2007.
3. 1) Rule No. 3 (Para7) Definitions of “Revised pay structure” in relation to any post means the Pay Band and Grade Pay specified in column 2 of the first schedule.
4. On stepping up of pay neither pay band nor grade pay changes. hence I completes 6 months in revised pay structure.
5. CLARIFICATION ON THE DATE OF NEXT INCREMENT VIDE F.NO. 1/1/2008-IC OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE ALSO CLARIFY THE DNI IN LINE NO. 4 THAT "Accordingly, all Government servants wo earned their last increment between 02.01.2005 and 01.01.2006 would get their next increment on 01.07.2006".
Please help me. I should get or not the increment on 01/07/2006.

DeleteAs you told that your Pay had been stepped up as per your Junior on 6/2/2006. Your DNI wl be same as of your Junior as per stepping up Rule.

Second rule 10 of DNI which states completion of six months in revised pay structure,. Not in the revised pay.
There is difference in revised pay and revised pay structure.
Please do go through these two rules. Your help will benefit the teachers community.

ReplyDeleteThe Ministry of Finance has issued an office memorandum regarding the eligibility of HRA during the Child Care Leave (CCL), especially when taken in continuation of Maternity Leave of 180 days. As per rules a Government servant is entitled to draw HRA during total leave of all kinds not exceeding 180 days and only for the first 180 days of the leave if the actual duration of leave exceeds that period. The HRA for leaves in excess of 180 days other than medical grounds shall be granted subject to furnishing of the certificate prescribed in Para 8(d) of the O.M. No.2(37)-E.II(B)/64 dated 27.11.1965.
i am not able to search the certificate to be submitted and my HRA is about to be deducted by my office. plz help.

ReplyDeleteI am working in Directorate of Education and want your help. My OPD bill sent to concerned PAO was put under objection saying that for only one month medicines can be prescribed by the Doctor and you can claim for that (if they are not available in Dispensary).
Earliar, for the last 5-6 years i was being reimbursed by same PAO for 3 months medicines prescribed by the Doctor.

ReplyDeleteI was appointed as TGT in 1990 and before joining Service I also appeared for PGT and selected in 1992 and department has relieved on the ground of Promotion as PGT. I was granted ACP in 2004 after completion of 12 years Service and MACP from 2012 after completion of 10 years from the date of grant of ACP. Now I have been promoted as Vice Principal in 2013, now Whether I shall be eligible for 3rd MACP on completion of 30 years Service which shall be in 2020. Counting the Service from initial Joining in 1990.

Before joining PGT commerce in d.o.e I was working in m.c.d as assistant teacher and my basic pay in m.c.d was 49000 when I joined the d.o.e,while the initial basic pay in PGT is 47600. I have come through proper channel.Now many of my friends are saying that I will be granted one extra increment beyond and above 49000. Please clarify as soon as possible.

ReplyDeleteDear Sir I got my MACP-III on 08 Jan 2016 and my HOS fixed my pay on 01 July 2016 after Annual Increment using option under FR 22(I)(a)(1) exercised by me with DNI 01 July 2017.
ReplyDeleteI requested my HOS to re fix my pay with DNI 01 Jan 2017 but he denied in writing and give his plea that as per para 7 of O.M. No 4-21/2017-1C/F-IIIA clarification regarding DNI under Rule 10 of C.C.S.(R.P.)Rules 2016 dated 28 November 2019 you have not exercised/REPEATED your option within one month of endorsement of this OM.
I have to say that my pay should be re fixed as per para 6 of the clarification order and para 7 doesn't apply on me because it is an opportunity given to the employees who couldn't submit their option under FR 22(1)(a)(1) or who want to change it due to disadvantageous for them or by any other reason but my HOS is not agree with me.
My HOS asked from the office (AAO) about para 7 and AAO also agreed that I had to REPEAT same option under FR 22(1)(a)(1) within one month which is gone now.
What should I do now? Can you please guide me to get correction in DNI as 01 Jan 2017 in place of 01 July 2017 R S Rana
Rana Ji, Thanks for Visiting DSTF. As you have already opted your Pay Fixation from next increment i.e. from July and You need not to re-exercise the option. As per the Clarification Your Increment must be in January. In our Opinion, You have to give simple application regarding the same stating the as per Clarification Your Date of Increment must be in January.
