In day to day work
the teachers have so many grievances about their work, problems, service matter
etc. There are so many way to address a grievance to higher authority.
- BY DEPARTMENTAL MAIL: It is very difficult to contact higher official especially for lady Teachers. The Directorate of Education provided very Important Tool to all teachers to address their grievance on line. It is most effective tool i.e your Employee I.D. and Password.. By which you can send mail to your school, E.O., DDE. DE even to Education Minister and Chief Minister of Delhi
.Procedure
:
a) First of All Log in
Directorate of Education Website: www.edudel.nic.in by your Employee I.D. and
Password.
b) Then Click on the Mail
option on the Menu Bar.
c) In the Mail option chooses
the Compose Mail.
d) In the Mail To choose the
I.D. of Officer, school, department to which you have to send your problem,
information and any other grievances.
e) In Address Book, you can
choose I.D. of officers, department, education minister, chief minister etc.
For eg. Mail I.D. of Director of Education is 1 .
f) =This is the very important
tool for the teacher as no receiving is required.
g) Take the Print out of your
mail if required as it last for only one month on the DOE site.
h) Note : School I.D. and Employee I.D. are the Mail I.D. by which
you can send mail to your school or any other teacher also. For eg. If you have
to send mail to your school, then fill School I.D. in the Mail to option. By
using mail teacher can also send leave application and any other
information to school just by on line from any where
Note : But this facility has been withdrawn from employees for known reason.

2. INTERNAL GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL
CELL (IGRC):- Director of Education has internal Grievance redressal cell which
invites representation from the all the staff of directorate of education and
as well from public and hold meeting fortnightly, to address the grievances.

3. PUBLIC HEARING:
- All
the officers of the Directorate of education including Secretary (Education), Director of Education, Addl.
Director of Education hold meeting for public to address their grievances and all make all their effort
to address their grievances effectively and promptly. Director of Education hold meeting 12 Noon to 1 PM daily.
Teachers can also attend meeting for their grievances. Delhi
4. RIGHT TO INFORMATION (RTI) :- Right to information act is also one of the tool for addressing grievance.
All the DDE (education) are the PIO (Public Information Officer), where you can
get any type of by depositing Rs. 10/- as Fees and written application on
plain paper. DDE will provide all the information pertaining to his/her
district. If you need school level information you can directly apply to the PRINCIPAL
for the same as the Principal are designated as APIO ( Asstt Public
Information officer)
If you are not satisfied with the reply of the PIO, you can
approach 1st appellate authority the REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION and if
you are not satisfied with the 1st appellate authority, you can approach
CIC (CENTRAL INFORMATION COMMISSIONER)
