REVISED SURPLUS LIST OF PGT, TGT, MISCELLANEOUS TEACHERS PUBLISHED BY DOE

The DOE has published the Revised List of the Surplus Teachers PGT, TGT & Miscellaneous Teachers by making some changes/Modification in Policy for Surplus. The text matter of which is as follows :-

1. In case the Junior willing teacher who wants to be declared as surplus against the senior teacher (same school and same subject), Then the cut-off date mentioned in circular dated 08/05/2014 at para No. 16 may be read as "NIL".
2. While processing the online application on medical grouds, the medical problems as mentioned in the circular (Neuro-Surgery, Cardiac Surgery including CABG, Angioplasty and various implants, Cancer Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radio Therapy, Kidney Transplant, Joint Replancements, Accidental Cases affecting mobility or leading to permanent disability) of the family members (Spouses and their children) will also be considered.
3. The NCC/ANO officer who is senior most in the school will be exempted in the surplus list and second senior most teacher will be declared as surplus (same subject), if second senior most teacher does not fall in category of (PH, Kashmiri Migrant Teacher/Regular Teacher going to retire within one year).
4. Re-employed teacher will be declared as surplus where regular teacher is working.
5. In case where the regular teacher is going to retire upto 31.08.2014 and at the same time the re-employment is going to be terminated upto 31-08-2014, the salary of the re-employed teacher will be adjusted for the said period and hence they would not be declared surplus.
6. One time password will be given to the applicants on his/her mobile number, the use of which will authenticate the online application of the applicant and will check the misuse of login ID and password of a teacher while applying on line transfer application.
