Sub : Engagement of Primary School Teachers (Assistant Teacher) on Contract Basis by SSA

Instruction to Candidates

1.     The result of engagement of Primary Teachers on contract basis by SSA is available in Department Website (www.edudel.nic.in)

2.      Candidate who are in the merit list should report to the Deputy Director of Education of the District concerned for verification of certificate and further directions as per the time and date mentioned in the schedule as given below. The candidate who fails to appear on the scheduled date and time shall not be allowed to submit documents for verification subsequently.

Schedule:-

a)    First 40 candidates in the merit list of District East, North East, North West-B, West-B and South. 30 Candidates in District North, North West-A, West-A, South West-B and Central (General list as displayed in the website should report to the respective district on 17-12-2013 & 18-12-2013 between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM.

b) First 25 candidate of OBC/SC/ST should report to the respective district on 19-12-2013 between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM.

c) Left out candidates, if any in the above list can report on 20-12-2013 & 21-12-2013.

3. The offer of appointment to successful candidates shall be issued as per merit list by the DDE of the concerned district, where the vacancies exist and where the candidates have applied after due verification of certificates and particulars filled by the candidate online.

4. The candidate shall produce before the District Authorities the following for verification-

• Registration Slip
• CTET qualification certificate
• All original certificate along with their original mark sheet and certificate of 10^th, 12^th, ETE, B.EL.Ed/JBT or equivalent.
• SC/ST/OBC cast certificates of claiming benefit of reservation.
• Certificate of disability issued by the appropriate authority, if applied PH category.
• Two photograph (one attested and one plain)
• One photo Identity Card
• The candidates shall also furnish one attested set of the above documents to the district office.

5. After Verification of documents the offer of engagement letters shall be issued to the successful candidates by the District Authorities. The offer of engagement should be accepted by the candidate and joining should be submitted within 3 days from the receipt of this letter failing which their engagement shall be treated cancelled.

6. Selected candidate will sign an agreement of contract with Deputy Director of Education.

7. The certificate of OBC should be issued by the authorities of GNCT of Delhi. For SC/ST posts candidates from other States can be considered.

8.The candidates will be allowed to join the new post only after production of relieving certificate (applicable to guest teachers also) from the previous employer.

9.No change will be allowed by the District Deputy Director of Education if the entries are filled wrongly and submitted through online.
