GUEST TEACHER V/S CONTRACT TEACHER – STATE OF MIND

One Candidate is selected for the Post of Guest Teacher in the Directorate of Education and Then he always talk that :

GUEST TEACHER :        “Why are so many holidays in the school? I think, there should be extra class on Sunday also for the Welfare of Students. The Holidays in the School should be less as possible”.

The same Candidate is Selected as Contract Teacher in the Same School and his way of thinking changes as :

CONTRACT TEACHER :  “Why are so less no. of holidays in the school? There should be one more holidays between week days to reduce the burden on the Students”.
